About Us

Founded originally in Orlando, Florida, Master Web Services has been a trusted name in IT since 2003. Originally only offering contract services, the organization has evolved into a complete IT Solution company, offering services from A+ to Web Services.

In 2003, Bob Swinarski was asked to assist a small company in Morristown, New Jersey create their first IT department with one other staff member and no prior organizational experience in creating a successfu web-based organization. Bob formed Master Web Services and started working with them to construct a solid technological base.

Within 5 years, the client company had expanded from less than 30 employees to more than 100 employees and contractors worldwide, all connected and able to work from their homes or home offices, with a solid, documented process for all IT Processes.

In 2008, Master Web Services relocated from Orlando to Batavia, New York. In Western New York we have located a large number of serious, dedicated IT Professionals eager to meet the needs of our clients. We have succesfully completed (or in the process of completing) multiple projects locally. (see our client list for some of the local businesses that have worked with us)

Currently, Master Web Services is working with Genesee Community College to assist the YWCA of Genesee with their various IT needs. Working with volunteers and interns, we are constructing a network enviroment for their office, and have also assisted them with securing donations of equipment. One donation included 18 laptops from the TeleManagement Forum our of Morristown, New Jersey.

We are also proud members of the IT Professionals Alliance,a group of IT professionals dedicated to addressing industry needs by working together towards common goals and using the network to find the right fit for each professionals skill set.
